The 4th Lithgow Blues Music Festival ran over the last weekend of 29, 30 November, December 1, 1996. Presented a great lineup of Australian Blues talent, spanning traditional, mainstream & contemporary jazz, and featured the 3rd annual Australian Blues Music Awards.
